Missing PIeces
I'm asking for a friend!
Does your life ever look like mine? I've got some or maybe even most of the pieces, but because some stuff is still missing, I can't function as God intended for me to?
Like I said, I'm asking for a friend! NO, I'M NOT, because I have some pieces missing, some important stuff that God wants me to have, things He wants me to do, that I lack. My life is a far cry from the one He wants me to have and live. Because of His great love, and the blood of His Son that He gave to make me clean even though I'm dirty in and of myself, I can live with joy. But God still wants me to grow up and mature, and strive for completeness in Him.
How about you?
Let us rest assured, God has done His part, "And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.” Phil 4:19
So when we stop and ponder 'what's missing', remember, God stands ready to "supply every need" (Phil 4:6), and He is anxious to "make all grace abound" as He helps us (2 Cor 9:8). He tells us "not to be anxious" (Matt 6:31) but to "cast our cares on Him" (1 Peter 5:7) because He has a way of making all things "work together for good" in our lives (Rom 8:28) as long as we are sincere about growing, and trying to put all the pieces together. Remember, He loves us and out of our love for Him, we should want to be ever pressing onward and upward because of His calling.
